LOCTITE® HY 4090 Universal Structural Bonder

Known as LOCTITE 4090

Features and Benefits

A high viscosity, 2-part hybrid universal structural bonder with excellent humidity and vibration resistance.
LOCTITE® HY 4090 is a fast and powerful, high viscosity, off-white-to-light-yellow universal bonder. In the world of structural bonding, it is unique, combining strength and speed to provide powerful, long-lasting bonds. It has a fixture time of 90-180 seconds and is suitable for gaps up to 5 mm (0.2"). Resistant to vibration, shock and impact, it works with a wide range of substrates. For best results, use with LOCTITE® 50 ml Adhesive Mixing Nozzle, LOCTITE® 400 ml Adhesive Mixing Nozzle, LOCTITE® 96001, or LOCTITE® 983439.
  • Vibration, shock and impact resistant
  • High temperature- and moisture-resistance
  • UV-resistant for outdoor applications
  • Fixture time: 90-180 secs
  • High shear strength
