BERGQUIST® SIL PAD® TSP A3000 is a thermally conductive silicone elastomer, ideal for applications where optimal heat transfer is required, typically motor drive controls, avionics, and high-voltage power supplies. When applied, it acts as a thermal interface between electrical components and heat sinks and is formulated to maximize the thermal and dielectric performance of the filler/binder matrix. BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP A3000 is a grease-free, conformable material that meets the thermal and electrical requirements of high-reliability electronic packaging applications.
