STEP 1

Surface Preparation

Clean and pre-treat with TEROSON® VR 10. Abrade the paint inclusion with sanding paper P1500 or P2000. Clean sanded surface with TEROSON® VR 100 using a lint-free cloth.

STEP 2

Compounding

Apply TEROSON® WX 159 on white, hard pad or directly onto the sanded surface. Compound the sanded surface with a polisher in the direction of the sanding marks. Perform the compounding and polishing at low speed for the first 45 seconds, then increase the speed to use the finest grain for finish preparation. If more compounding is needed, reapply the compounding polish and repeat the above steps until done.

STEP 3

Polishing

Then increase the speed to use the finest grain for finish preparation. Follow ideal rotation movement. Clean the surface afterwards from paste residues.

STEP 4

Finish

Apply TEROSON® WX 178 HP to a black, soft pad or directly onto the polished surface. Finish the polished surface with a polisher. Move slowly and evenly with overlapping motions (up and down then side to side). This should produce a glossy surface without holograms. After successful finishing, cleand the surface of finishing paste with a clean microfiber cloth.
