MP 2 Multifunctional Mobile Panel

The multifunctional MP 2 mobile panel (WXGA TFT) with 10.1 inch touchscreen is the standard equipment for the mixing and dosing systems of the DM 50x series. Having the operator in mind the MP 2 mobile panel allows a wide range of tasks to be performed safely and easily. It provides continuous information on the performance status of the system and the process data that is being recorded.

Using the MP 2 makes it significantly easier to program the dosing of component contours. The automatic logging of all system, material and process data ensures the transparency of the previous production sequence at any time.

CONTROL 2 Multi-Touch Operating Panel

The mixing and dosing systems of the DM 50x series are designed with the operator in mind – allowing a wide range of tasks to be performed safely and easily. The optional CONTROL 2 multi-touch operating panel in size 21.5 inches provides continuous information on the performance status of the system and the material and process data that is being recorded. This ensures the transparency of the previous production sequence at any time.

The pre-adjustability and regulation of all machine and process parameters ensures the fully automatic production sequence of the mixing and dosing machine.

For operation of the DM 502 dosing machine, the multifunctional MP 2 mobile panel with 10.1-inch touchscreen or optionally the CONTROL 2 multi-touch operating panel, which is enlarged to 21.5 inches, offer a user-friendly menu with central navigation and a uniform layout of the operator interface. This enables intuitive menu navigation for the operator. Universally understandable symbols make the menu navigation language-independent. In addition, it is possible to adapt the user interfaces to the different tasks and preferences of the machine operator.

Both the multifunctional MP 2 mobile panel and the optional CONTROL 2 operator panel are equipped with the same meaningful scope of information. More colorful graphics and the bundling of functions in the operating menu, as well as a consistently left-justified text arrangement, help to make it easier to evaluate the displayed information of the measurement data and machine parameters and to obtain a better overview overall. In short, everything that could distract the machine operator has been removed so that he can concentrate on the core functions of operation and the important machine parameters.

For interactive remote maintenance together with the operator Henkel service technicians connect online to the operating panel and use the alarm logs of the DM 502 and the various visualizations of the process data for error analysis.
