LOCTITE® UVALOC 1000 Chamber
Features and Benefits
slide 1 of 1
This high-performance modular curing system consists of a curing chamber, lamp housing and controller, and typical UV irradiance is up to 110 mW/cm2.
The LOCTITE® 97055 UVALOC 1000 UV Cure Chamber is a high-performance modular curing system with four rack levels to allow for easy positioning at levels of optimum exposure. The lamp is shielded by a timed control shutter, meaning operators are not exposed to UV during loading and unloading. Cure time is controlled by a built-in timer and can be operated in a continuous or timed mode. The exposure cycle is triggered by the footswitch, panel-mount start button or PLC interface, and lamp intensity is continually monitored. The parabolic-shaped reflector generates a uniformly illuminated radiation area, and you can expect 1000 hours of UV bulb life with proper handling and maintenance.
- Typical UV irradiance: up to 110 mW/cm2
- Dual power setting (500 watts / 1000 watts) means no heat damage
- Effective cure area of 160 x 160 mm (6.3 x 6.3")
- Setting exposure time: 3 seconds to 15 minutes in 1-second increments
- The lamp included as standard is a mercury vapour lamp; 365 nm wavelength
