(UV) visible light-cure alkoxy silicone liquid adhesive designed for use in assembly of disposable medical devices.
LOCTITE® SI 5055 is a yellow to light yellow, clear, UV or visible light curing, non-corrosive silicone for high speed coating, potting adhesion or sealing applications on substrates such as silicone, metal, glass or plastic. It has high adhesion on difficult-to-bond substrates and is qualified to the ISO 10993 Protocol as suitable for use in disposable medical devices.
