BONDERITE® M-NT 2040

BONDERITE® M-NT 2040 is a conversion coating etch passivation for aluminum surfaces. This chromium free product stabilizes the electrical resistance of surfaces to improve adhesive bonding. Applied in concentrations of 1-3%, depending on the application, it can be used in an immersion and spray process. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
