Gasket and Flange Sealants

Gasket sealants are used to prevent leakage of fluids or gases by forming impervious barriers. Gasket sealants also eliminate corrosion and provide an instant, low-pressure seal on an assembly after full cure. These sealants will not shrink, crack, or relax, and resist displacement better than conventional gaskets. Moreover, gasket sealants can provide up to 95% material savings over hard gaskets while offering flexibility in design, allowing for lower cost manufacturing methods.

Polyacrylate Sealants

Polyacrylate sealants and adhesives are a type of flexible adhesives used for sealing applications. Their main advantages are the high resistance against oils and the possibility to paint over this type of sealant. Polyacrylate elastomers provide good flexibility and are especially well suited to help to seal flanges in automotive applications.

Silicone Sealants

Industrial silicone sealants and adhesives may be used in a wide array of applications, particularly in the automotive industry. Threadlocker

Threadlocking products prevent self-loosening and secure any threaded fastener against vibration and shock loads. They are easy-flowing liquids which completely fill the gaps between mating threads and thereby also offer sealing functionalities.

Thread Sealants

Thread sealing is achieved as the anaerobic adhesive cures when confined in the absence of air and between close metal fitting surfaces. This technology is ideal for joints, which are considered to be dynamic due to vibration, changing pressures, or changing temperatures. Thread sealants, available in liquid or stick form, prevent leakage of gases and liquids for example on metal pipes and joints.

Urethane Sealants

Urethane sealants can be used across many manufacturing and construction applications.
