BONDERITE® M-FE 3994 S

BONDERITE® M-FE 3994 S (DURIDINE 3994 S) is a yellowish, clear, acidic, liquid double action chemical cleaner/coater for simultaneously cleaning and iron phosphating steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys. It forms an amorphous phosphatic coating on the treated surface, mainly composed of iron phosphates. It is used for pre-painting treatment of spare parts in various industries. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
