BONDERITE® M-FE 3803

BONDERITE® M-FE 3803 (DURIDINE 3803 IT) is an acidic, one-pack, double action chemical cleaner/coater spray for simultaneously cleaning and iron phosphating ferrous material. It forms an amorphous phosphatic coating on the treated surface mainly composed of iron phosphates. This provides good adhesion for liquid, powder or electrophoretic paints. A suitable final passivation improves results. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
