LOCTITE® ABLESTIK 8700E is a silver, electrically and thermally conductive die-attach adhesive for hybrid component attach applications. It offers excellent dispensing and printing characteristics and is typically used for gold and gold-plated surfaces where it exhibits no tailing or peaking. It cures when exposed to heat and retains high shear strength after thermal cycling.
