2-part structural adhesive kit based on polyurethane which is suitable for panel and door manufacturing.
LOCTITE® UK 8103 L is a light brown, 2-part, solvent free, long pot life structural adhesive kit based on polyurethane with a long open time. The resin, LOCTITE UK 8103 L, consists of organic compounds with hydroxyl-groups whereas the hardener, LOCTITE UK 5400, is based on isocyanate. By mixing both components in a ratio by weight of 5:1, a hard elastic adhesive is formed. - Can be cured cold - at room temperature above +59 °F (+15 °C); ultimate adhesive strength is achieved after several days
- Also suitable for bonding composite plates consisting of various foam boards (polystyrene and polyurethane, etc.), wood, plastic and flexible board, etc.
