LOCTITE® 3616
Features and Benefits
A one-part, red epoxy adhesive for bonding surface-mounted devices (SMDs) to printed circuit boards (PCBs).
LOCTITE® 3616 is a 1-part, red viscous epoxy adhesive for bonding surface-mounted devices (SMDs) to printed circuit boards (PCBs) before wave soldering. It’s designed for applications requiring high print speeds and high wet strength characteristics. It’s particularly used for printing a range of dot heights from one stencil thickness but is also suitable for general small-part bonding. LOCTITE 3616 cures when exposed to heat above 100°C (212°F), typically 90-120 seconds at 150°C (302°F).
