BONDERITE® C-IC ST is a one pack liquid acid industrial cleaning compound for spray or dip micro etching of aluminum before chemical conversion or chemical brightening. It contains strong complexing agents/stabilizers for dissolved aluminum, so that no hard sludges or stubborn scale is formed on the heaters compared to strongly alkaline etchants.
