BONDERITE® M-FE G-1070

BONDERITE® M-FE G-1070 (known as DURIDINE G 1070) is a liquid dual- action chemical cleaner/coater of acid phosphates, phosphating accelerants, fluoride salts and non-ionic surfactants which simultaneously cleans and coats with an iron phosphate layer up to 1.0 g/m² on steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys. This provides good adhesion for liquid, powder or electrophoretic paints. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
