BONDERITE® M-AC 6200 is a white, titanium phosphate activator powder for metal pre-treatment applications. The product is added to the rinsing bath before a dip or spray phosphate treatment. BONDERITE M-AC 6200 is effective in producing a uniform and fine crystalline phosphate coating on iron, steel, aluminum, and zinc surfaces. Does not produce foam and will not attack metal surfaces. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
