Form-in-place gasketing paste providing a tough, resilient, solvent- and temperature-resistant seal between close fitting, rigid metal flanges. Flexes with flange movements caused by vibration, pressurisation or thermal changes.
Pre-cut and other formed-in-place chemical gaskets have their shortcomings, but there is a solution in LOCTITE® High Flex Gasket Maker. This flexible form-in-place gasket paste provides high temperature resistance and flexibility. Its tough, resilient, solvent- and temperature-resistant seal flexes with flange movements caused by vibration, pressurisation or thermal changes. Perfect for making gaskets for pumps, housings, axle covers, gear cases, split crankcases and other areas where conventional gaskets are used. It can even be used to repair damaged conventional gaskets or as a coating/dressing for conventional gaskets.
