A 1-part, fast and easy-to-apply water-based mould-release emulsion that releases standard rubbers and rubber-to-metal parts with low slip and low mould buildup.
LOCTITE® FREKOTE® R-150 is a water-based mould-release emulsion that releases standard rubbers and rubber-to-metal parts. It provides low slip and low mould buildup, a matt finish and is fast and easy to apply with a spray gun. It is heat-cured: multiple coats are applied to the heated mould; above 150°C (302°F) no dry time is needed between coats. Final coat dry time can be as short as 4 minutes.
