LOCTITE® AA 3201
Known as LOCTITE 3201
Features and Benefits
slide 1 of 1
A 1-part, thixotropic, acrylate urethane, UV light-cure adhesive for high-speed curing polycarbonate.
LOCTITE® AA 3201 is a transparent to slightly hazy, medium-viscosity, acrylate urethane-based, UV light-cure adhesive. It’s particularly good for bonding polycarbonate to itself while not inducing stress cracking under typical moulded stress levels. But in general, it offers good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including glass, many plastics and most metals. Its thixotropic nature makes it easy to apply and reduces liquid migration after application. When exposed to sufficient UV and/or visible light, LOCTITE AA 3201 cures rapidly to form a robust and flexible bond that enhances the load-bearing and shock-absorbing characteristics of the bond area.
- Rapid curing
- Flexible
- ISO 10993 bio-compatible for select medical devices
- Thixotropic for ease of application
- Enhances load-bearing & shock-absorbing characteristics of bond area
