LOCTITE® SF 7600 is a water-thin liquid metal treatment compound which, when applied to rusted metal, chemically changes the rust (iron oxide) into iron phosphate. The surface produced is an inert, hard and grayish surface which will serve as a firm base for paint. It converts rust on anything made of ferrous metals.
- No mixing required
- It can also be used on new ferrous metals, aluminum and galvanized iron
- Produces a suitable surface for subsequent painting
