Henkel's recycled nylon baffles can reduce CO2 emissions from nylon processing by 94%, while maintaining a competitive cost. The new baffles reduce CO2 emissions from approximately 6.4 kg to approximately 0.4 kg (of CO2 emissions per kg of nylon).

In addition to sustainability advantages, Henkel's recycled nylon formulations meet performance requirements for insertion effort, extraction force, warpage, sagging and cracking.
