LOCTITE® 581 is an off-white to tan colored, thixotropic, high strength, fluorescent dimethacrylate ester acrylic thread sealant paste designed for locking and sealing metal threaded pipes and fittings. It prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. It is particularly suitable for use on stainless steel without the need for surface activation.
