TECHNOMELT® AS 7147 (known as INSTANT LOK IP-7147) is a white thermoplastic hotmelt adhesive designed for good adhesion to many different substrates and good thermal stability. It is used for air filter pleating and the ingredients meet the compositional requirements of FDA regulations 21 CFR 175.105 “Adhesives”.
