LOCTITE® HHD 3542
Features and Benefits
One-part hot-melt bonding adhesive polyurethane-based explicitly designed for robotic dispensing.
If you’re looking for a reactive hot-melt adhesive for your robotic dispensing needs, LOCTITE® HHD 3542 is the ideal choice. This medium-viscosity bonding adhesive is based on polyurethane prepolymers and offers strong bonding capabilities and a relatively long open time. Immediately after solidifying in the bond line, the adhesive provides good initial strength. Then, the secondary moisture cure cross-links the bonds for excellent elongation and structural durability. When fully cured, LOCTITE® HHD 3542 doesn’t remelt.
