The standardized SONDERHOFF 3E PUR dosing cell is well suited for you if you want to use liquid, medium- to high-viscosity 2-component polyurethane foam systems with asymmetric mixing ratios for sealing your components.
You can also use the 3E PUR to process and dispense non-foamed 2-component material systems such as potting compounds and polyurethane-based adhesives very precisely.
The parts are positioned either manually in the work area of the dosing cell or on the optionally available sliding / shuttle table. For oversized parts, the two sliding tables can be connected to form a large worktable.
Only the MK 825 BASIC precision mixing head is available for the 3E PUR. Its performance spectrum is designed for typical standard applications. In its mixing chamber, the two material components of the polyurethane system used are mixed dynamically and homogeneously and are precisely dosed according to the defined mixing ratio – a prerequisite for high quality polyurethane applications.
The CNC-controlled mixing head then ensures repeat-accurate and fully automatic formed-in-place (FIP) application to the part. The maximum mixing head travel range of the linear robot is 2,500 x 1,250 x 250 mm (x/y/z).
A manually operated lift door separates the machine operator from the work area of the dosing cell, which is thus CE-compliant.
The attractive entry-level price of the 3E PUR enables very short payback times, and the high degree of standardization usually shortens delivery times.
