TEROSON® PU 6700 ME

Features and Benefits

A 2-part, medium-strength adhesive with Micro-Emission (ME) properties for customed vehicle parts.
TEROSON PU 6700 ME is a grey (part A) and white (part B), polyurethane-based adhesive with Micro-Emission (ME) properties for bonding various substrates, such as stainless steel, aluminum and other metals, wood, painted surfaces and plastics (though, not recommended for PP and PE). It’s typically used in the automotive industry and motor vehicle body repair shops for bonding customized body parts. Due to its Micro-Emission (ME) property, MDI (monomeric diisocyanate) content is < 0.1% and there's no H351 risk phrase. The best application results are achieved with the TEROSON HAND GUN (50 ml cartridges) and an appropriate static mixer. Before application, surface pretreatment with TEROSON® VR 10 is recommended. TEROSON PU 6700 ME cures at room temperature but will experience accelerated cure when exposed to infrared heat at 60°C (140°F).
