BONDERITE® M-NT 160

BONDERITE® M-NT 160, supplied in a liquid form and diluted with ionized water, is a rapid, chrome-free passivation dipping process to create a conversion coating on the surface of light metals (aluminum, magnesium, and their alloys) to provide enhanced corrosion protection and improved paint adhesion. The passivating coating created is formed in seconds and has a yellowish or straw color. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
