BONDERITE L-MR 21895's benefits have convinced customers and partners worldwide: Excellent washing properties offer a high level of cleanliness for machined parts, tools and machines – saving time and money by reducing or eliminating cleaning steps. The chlorinated paraffin's, sulfur-, phosphorus- and boron-free cutting fluid BONDERITE L-MR 21895 will not discolor aluminum alloys. Its very low foaming tendency makes it especially suitable for all water hardness's from 2°dH upwards. The finely dispersed emulsion runs off the machined parts and shavings quickly, resulting in a very low drag-out rate. And with low initial fill (4-8%) and even lower top-up concentrations (0.3 to 0,8%), your business will save in real terms through lower consumption (average of 60% less consumption); fewer refills and enormous tool cost reduction.
