BONDERITE® M-AC 5020 B

BONDERITE® M-AC 5020 B (known as FIXODINE C 5020 B) is one component of two metal pre-treatment powder components (the other is BONDERITE M-AC 5020 A) which are used in the pre-rinse of manganese-phosphating processes. After a strong alkaline cleaning or pickling in mineral acids, this pre-rinse prepares surfaces for generating uniform, fine crystalline manganese-phosphate coatings on iron and steel. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
