The LOCTITE® Dual-Channel Digital Controller is a versatile, multi-function controller for actuating one or two dispensing valves, as well as appropriate peripheral equipment, such as a LOCTITE® Advancing Slide, LOCTITE® Rotorspray, or an in-line flow monitor or reservoir. Reservoir pressure is regulated by means of a precision regulator and measured by a digital transducer.
- Digital readout for reservoir pressure, program step number, status of dispense, and dispense time in seconds
- Four (4) independent dispense programs can be stored in memory
- Full integration capability into highly automated production systems
- Graphic LCD display shows reservoir level and dynamic flow conditions
