At the end of 2018, Henkel concluded a partnership with Bilfinger Industrial Services GmbH to provide innovative solutions with Loctite Composite System Pipe Repair. Our Loctite Composite System Pipe Repair is used at temperatures of + 130 °C in industries like refineries, pipelines, Natural Gasoline etc. This proactive maintenance measure allows plant operators to avoid downtime due to leaks and minimize economic losses.
This innovative system enables repairs of different pipe materials (for ex. Carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex steel, Super Duplex steel) and complex geometries (straight pipes, elbows, reductions, flanges, tanks), no size and pressure limitations. Loctite Composite System is certified DIN EN ISO 24817, ASME PCC-2 via Testing Institutes like DNV GL, Lloyds Register, TÜV Rheinland.
