How to
Step by Step Guide
1. Preparation - Cleaning
It is recommended to use LOCTITE SF 7063 or LOCTITE SF 7070 to degrease and clean surfaces prior to applying LOCTITE Anti-Seize lubricants.
2. Application
Apply a light coating of the anti-seize lubricant to the parts requiring protection. For threaded fasteners, use a brush to apply a 360 degree band of the lubricant to the circumference of the male fastener. Work the product into the thread roots for proper performance and protection.
3. Assembly
For threaded assemblies, thread the coated fastener / male fitting into the nut / female fitting, and then back it off and reassemble to ensure even coverage of the lubricant. Tighten with hand tools to proper torque requirement.
