1 part silicone based dual cure sealant for ECU connectors
LOCTITE® SI 5035 is a flowable sealant with the benefit of deeplight cure capability, ultraviolet and visible, combined with a secondary moisture cure mechanism for shadow curing. This product is capable of withstanding high pressure testing immediately after UV curing. It is used for providing corrosion-free potting for various automotive, electronic, military and industrial components.
- Excellent adhesion to metals and most plastics.
- Non-Corrosive, PCB safe potting product.
- Rapid depth of cure can be achieved by UV and/or visible LED light in less than 30 secs
- High temperature performance for under hood applications up to 150°C
