      Information

      For a repair system that bonds to new and old concrete, as well as most construction materials, choose LOCTITE® PC 9410. This 2-part, rapid-setting concrete repair and grouting system outperforms conventional concrete repairs and is perfect for applications with an operating range of -50°C to 1100°C (-58°F to 2012°F). Since it doesn’t use a water additive, this repair system can be applied at virtually any temperature without shrinkage and is freeze/thaw and de-icing salt resistant. Perfect for repairing concrete highway walls, pot holes, airport runways, anchoring machinery, commercial refrigeration floors, loading docks, grouting bedplates and soleplates, columns and bridge decks, parking structure joints, concrete pillars, floor repairs, ramps, rail grouting, anchoring bolts and handrails.

      How to use

        Surface must be clean, dry, and free of loose materials for the best results. This can be achieved using a high pressure water based system that incudes LOCTITE® SF 7840 cleaner/degreaser.

        There is no set mix ratio for LOCTITE® PC 9410. To mix, add the aggregate to the activator. It is suggested to start with a 5:1 ratio (aggregate:activator), only adding enough activator to get the consistency desired for the application.

        Apply the mixture immediately after mixing. Depending on the consistency desired for the application, the mixture can either be poured or troweled onto the surface being repaired. Smooth to a finished surface.

      FAQ

        A successful application is largely dependent on surface preparation. The application surface must be free from all contamination. Removal of oil, grease, dust, chlorides, rust and for most products, moisture, will greatly enhance application success.
