Thread sealing cord, which provides immediate full pressure sealing and allows for re-adjustments.
LOCTITE® 55 is designed for sealing of metal and plastic pipes and fittings. It needs no cure time and results in an immediate, full pressure seal. The ideal choice for a quick, easy and reliable seal. The product has approval for natural gas and potable water. It also meets the performance requirements of KIWA GASTEC QA AR 214 for admixtures up to and including 100% hydrogen gas – certifications are available in select countries.

  • Improved, robust 160m pack made with 70% recycled plastic and integrated flip cap
  • Potable water approval from KTW-BWGL (Germany), WRAS (UK), NSF / ANSI 61 (US)
