This high precision, positive displacement, volumetric metering valve is for dispensing cyanoacrylates (instant adhesive). For accurate, reliable, repeatable drop applications.
LOCTITE® VA40 CA Volumetric Valve is designed to dispense drops of cyanoacrylate (1.5 to 6 microliters, at a maximum cycle rate of 120/minute). It includes a check valve design, which improves the speed and reliability of priming. An innovative displacement rod and sealing system mean you can rely on a long dispensing life before you need to think about rebuilding. Included in the box: (1) VA40 CA Dispense Valve, (1) PTFE lined tubing, 6.4mm (0.25") OD, 2 m (6 ft) long, (1) air line, 4mm (0.16") OD, blue, 2 m (6 ft), (1) air line, 4mm (0.16") OD, yellow, 2 m (6 ft), (1) needle sample kit, (1) operating manual.
