BONDERITE® M-FE HMF-1080 IT is a yellowish, clear, double action cleaner coater process for simultaneously cleaning and iron phosphating steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys. It is used for pre-painting treatment of spare parts in the automotive, appliances and metal furniture industries and on plate pieces which don't have much exposure to corrosion. Please note: BONDERITE M products are used in the surface modification of metals and usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE C portfolio), line design or process parameters.
- Forms an amorphous phosphatic coating which provides good adhesion for liquid, powder or electrophoretic paints and excellent adhesion for organic coatings

- Suitable final passivation improves results
- Composed of acid phosphates, phosphating accelerants, fluoride salts and non-ionic surfactants
