LOCTITE® VA40 Cyanoacrylate Dispense Valve

Features and Benefits

LOCTITE VA40 Cyanoacrylate Dispense Valve is a positive displacement, volumetric metering valve designed for dispensing precise drops of cyanoacrylates.
The LOCTITE® VA40 Cyanoacrylate Dispense Valve is a positive displacement metering valve which dispenses a precise volumetric drop of adhesive with each cycle. The LOCTITE VA40 is specifically designed to dispense drops of cyanoacrylate with precise dosing in the range of 1.5 to 6 microliters. The VA40 utilises a flooded chamber and a single check valve that allows for quick priming and minimises the need for re-priming. The priming system uses a patent-pending check valve design which improves the speed and reliability of priming. The innovative displacement rod and sealing system of the VA40 design provides a long dispensing life before rebuilding is needed.
