LOCTITE® CL42 LED Flood Curing Dual Controller

The LOCTITE® CL42 LED Flood Curing Dual Controller is a high intensity LED flood system specifically designed to cure LOCTITE Light Cure Adhesives. The Dual Controller has a large area flood which allows for easy curing of large part assemblies. The LED heads can be stacked side by side, further expanding the curing area if needed. The system can be easily integrated into either benchtop or fully automated processes, and a plug and play, fully enclosed cure chamber is an available option. The CL42 Dual LED Controller can be operated in a continuous light output mode or up to a 7-step, programmed output mode where the light output intensity and time can be programmed for each separate LED head. The cycle can be initiated with the start/stop button on the front pane, a foot switch (included), or via a PLC connection with an external start signal. This LED light source causes no thermal damage or harmful effects to objects being illuminated. Its low power consumption makes it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly light source. No light guides or lamp replacements are required. The required LED head is purchased separately.
