LOCTITE® Compact Rotor Pump Dispenser 4.0
Features and Benefits
The LOCTITE Compact Rotor Pump Dispenser 4.0 is a rotating displacement, volumetric dispensing system used to apply adhesives out of a reservoir, with high repeatability.
The LOCTITE® Compact Rotor Pump Dispenser 4.0 applies adhesives like anaerobics, acrylates and UV acrylates. It has a viscosity limit of 100,000 mPas. The dispenser is a rotating displacement, volumetric dispensing system and consists of a rotor and a stator. The different geometries of the rotor and stator cause the formation of cavities. Rotation of the rotor in the stator generates a flow that is proportional to rotary angle, and so delivery is speed dependent. The intrinsic self-sealing capability depends on the viscosity of the adhesive. This rotor pump requires the LOCTITE RC15 Rotor Pump Controller, item # 1880232 (sold separately), to form a complete dispensing system. NOTE: Do not operate the dispenser in an explosive atmosphere.
- Specifically designed for volumetric dispensing of dots and beads of LOCTITE light cure and anaerobic adhesives
