TEROSON® PU 8591T is a black, solvent and PVC-free, smooth, sag-resistant polyurethane direct-glazing adhesive used for bonding front, rear and side screens to the body of motor-, utility-, special- and rail vehicles and for bonding side windows made of single–pane glass or insulating glass in bus and rail coach manufacture. It can be used as a gap filler with non-staining properties.
- Very good sag resistance
- High cure rate
- High elastic and shear strength, even after aging
- Very low conductivity
- Good adhesion to the remaining material
- Excellent adhesion to glass, glass with the ceramic coating, encapsulation and to painted surfaces when used with a primer/activator
- High UV resistance when used with a primer/activator
